A huge congratulations to each of our winners, 🏆 Principal’s students of the half term- 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗦, 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗢 and 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗛. 🏆 Key Stage Director’s students of the half term- 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗥, 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗮 𝗦 and 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗧. 🏆 Year Team Manager’s students of the half term- 𝗘𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗲 𝗚, 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮 𝗟, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗝, 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗲 𝗖, 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮 𝗖, 𝗞𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗖 and 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗔. 🇫🇷 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚜 𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚙 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟼 🇫🇷 We have returned from what was an absolutely amazing weekend in Paris with our wonderful Year 10 students. An amazing day adventuring around the heart of the city, climbing the Eiffel Tower, a boat cruise down the Seine and shopping on the Champs Elysees. A wonderful day immersing ourselves in Parisian culture before returning to our beautiful base the Chateau de Grande Romanie for a quiz and swimming. On Sunday, we headed for an amazing day at Disneyland Paris, a non-stop day of rides, parades and photo opportunities before the pièce de résistance, the amazing fireworks and light show to round off what was an amazing weekend. A fantastic experience, which made two very long travel days so worthwhile. Our students have been absolutely amazing, with many being praised for their wonderful attitude and the French they used communicating with the locals. One thing we can certainly say is 𝓃ℴ𝓊𝓈 𝒶𝒹ℴ𝓇ℴ𝓃𝓈 𝒫𝒶𝓇𝒾𝓈 💙🤍❤️ A huge thank you to the team at PGL Schools and Groups (Official) for their fantastic support throughout the trip and Stu and Angela from Weardale Motor Services Ltd for everything throughout the weekend. #Paris2026 #ImmersiveEducation #Ambition #Respect #Resilience
