⚽️ ℂ𝕚𝕥𝕪 𝕊𝕔𝕙𝕠𝕠𝕝𝕤 𝔽𝕠𝕠𝕥𝕓𝕒𝕝𝕝- 𝕌𝟙𝟛 𝕓𝕠𝕪𝕤 ⚽️ Tonight our U13’s boys football team represented the academy at the City Schools football tournament at the Sheepmount. Our wonderful team showed hard work, dedication and teamwork throughout, putting up some great performances against some very good teams. Results on the night were; ☑️ A 1-0 win vs. Trinity (Goal from Jayden) 🤝 A 1-1 draw vs. Caldew (Goal from Jayden) 🤝 A 1-1 draw vs. Newman (Goal from Zac) ✖️ A 0-1 loss vs. William Howard 🤝 A 0-0 draw vs. Morton Special mentions to Jayden D who scored a stunning goal against Caldew and Zac who proved to be a real leader on the pitch throughout! 👏🏼 A superb start to the season and hopefully many more positive results to come! #SportAtCentral #CitySchools #AmbitionResilienceRespect #WeAreRRCA

🐉 𝗕𝗧𝗘𝗖 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 🐉 A new member of the Animal care team As announced by Mr Markham this morning, we are delighted to introduce the newest addition to the Central family. Our new Bearded Dragon will play a key role in our Animal Care programme, teaching our Year 10 students key skills on handling and husbandry. Now, the challenge is up to our students, what should we call our dragon? All name suggestions can be added to the box outside of Mr Markham’s office this week before our Year 10 students select a name next week! 💪🏼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 💪🏼 🌎 Riley maps out the win 🌍 A huge well done to Riley (Yr 8) who took the win in this morning’s house challenge, getting the first win of the year for house Valentia! 💛 All three of our student competitors scored full marks in their respective rounds, which involved identifying countries by their flags. Riley came out as the challenge winner, being the first to identify Egypt 🇪🇬 in the tiebreaker round. A huge well done must go to Dominic (Yr 7) and Jesse (Yr 8) who also scored full marks in their rounds, beaten only by Riley’s quick tiebreak answer. Three worthy competitors, who were all great and in Mr Armstrong’s words, “very well taught in Geography 🙂”. This mornings scores take Valentia level with house Luguvalium who have scored one win each this year.
