Homework completion so far this week has been excellent, with our Year 7 students dominating the completion charts! 🙌🏼 Regular home learning is an important part of making progress, building confidence and developing strong independent study habits. A reminder that all students in KS3 and KS4 (Years 7-11) have weekly Sparx homework for Maths, Reading (English) and Science set on a Monday, due to following Monday. The doors will be open… 📆 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🕓 𝟰𝗽𝗺 - 𝟳𝗽𝗺 📍 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗔𝟭 𝟭𝗟𝗬 The evening will include; tours of the Academy, an opportunity to see our state-of-the-art facilities, an opportunity to speak to our fantastic staff and students and hear Mr Markham’s plans for Central’s future developments ahead of applications for our September 2027 intake. 💪🏼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 💪🏼 Eviee take the week one win for Luguvalium On Monday, we hosted our first House Challenge of the new year. Our week one challenge was ℳ𝓊𝓈𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓁 ℳ𝒶𝒹𝓃ℯ𝓈𝓈 where our student competitors were challenged by Miss Stephenson to identify the song titles and show a range of songs were from. A huge well done to Eviee who managed to score a superb 10/10 in the challenge! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Eviee’s win takes team Luguvalium into an early lead in the challenge leaderboard… but with a whole year of challenges to come, there is still a lot of time to change! A big shout out to Isla and Matilda, who represented house Hadrian and Daniel and Tiegan who represented house Valentia in this week’s challenge, all of whom did brilliantly!
