I am delighted to welcome you to Richard Rose Central Academy, which is part of United Learning.

Our curriculum is far more than just a range of subjects, in its broadest sense it provides a full rounded education for all students, with excellent enrichment opportunities that broaden horizons and create lifelong memories for our students.

🏃⛹️‍♀️ 𝕊𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕤 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟞 🏃‍♀️ ⛹️ What a day we have had! Every year sports day seems to get better and that is down to our amazing students! ❤️💛💙 We had over 2000 event entries, have given out over 500 medals and made countless memories- a day which we could not be more proud of! But… we know the question on everyone’s minds is… who won?! We are going to keep you in suspense for the winners! But we had to share some pictures of our wonderful students… Who do you think wins best dressed house? 🟡 Team Valentia? They recorded the most event entries… but could they hit the podium? 🔵 Team Hadrian? They definitely brought the energy… but could the take the win? 🔴 Team Lugavalium? They took the most photos… but did they take the most wins? All will be announced next week! Some key reminders for students… 🔴🟡🔵 Clothing- Dress in your house colours or RRCA PE kit! 🧴 Don’t forget your sunscreen and a hat! 🍱 Students will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks for the day. (𝘓𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘴). 💧 Bring a water bottle and ensure it is full before you set off to the Sheepmount. 🏅 ＲｅｗａｒｄｓＴｒｉｐｓ 🏅 An excellent couple of days for our end of year rewards trips for Y7-Y10. On Wednesday our gold trip students had a brilliant day in the sunshine down at Blackpool pleasure beach and today our Silver trip students enjoyed a cinema viewing of Toy Story 5 before a fun packed afternoon at Game On! A brilliant couple of days for our students.
